“I met B-rock when we became neighbors in 2010. I was immediately struck by his smile – it could light up a room. As we got to know Brock, I always appreciated his work ethic and passion for sports. He was caring, sweet and kind until game time, then he was a fierce competitor. He was a gifted, God praising athlete – one that adults admired and kids, like my son, looked up to and tried to emulate. He was tough and his toughness showed on the sports field and later as he battled for his life. His never give up attitude and positivity were truly inspiring. I miss Brock. My hope is that the BrockStrong Foundation can carry on his legacy and inspire people to care for each other and to never give up.”
